Damaged or Incorrect Products:

• If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of the shipment being marked delivered. We will gladly assist in replacing the product or ensuring that the correct item is sent to you at no charge.
• Any damaged or incorrect items not brought to our attention within 5 business days will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
